The first Blood and Guts match of 2026 has been made official.
AEW’s annual two-ring, steel cage match is just two weeks away, scheduled to take place on November 4 at the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida.
This year’s event will see AEW World Champion Will Ospreay team with a collection of babyfaces to take on the Don Callis Family.
On Ospreay’s side will be Adam Copeland, The Young Bucks, Darby Allin, and the returning Steve Borden. They’ll face off against Kazuchika Okada, Kyle Fletcher, Wardlow, Kevin Knight, Jake Doyle and Mark Davis.
The matchup was formed following a segment on this week’s episode of Dynamite.
After scoring a tag win over Copeland and Ospreay, Knight and Fletcher looked to inflict more damage alongside their Callis Family teammates. In for the save were the Bucks, Allin, and, appearing for the first time since suffering an injury at All Out, Borden.
After clearing the Family from the ring, Borden got on the mic and called out the faction for Blood and Guts.
Last year’s Blood and Guts event featured the first-ever women’s match, taking place alongside the annual men’s bout. It’s unclear at the moment if the women’s match will return next month.
