Naomi is the new Women’s World Champion after cashing in at WWE Evolution.

The 2025 Money in the Bank winner redeemed her contract at the close of a punishing match between IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley.

The singles match told a story of power versus speed and agility, with SKY showing a great deal of resilience to hit a series of high-flying moves.

This was also a tale of Ripley seemingly having no answer for her opponent, with the Australian taking much more punishment than we are used to seeing.

IYO got in a lot of fast offense in the first portion of the match, but Ripley could not be pinned.

Finally, Ripley managed to throw SKY into the announce desk, the ringside barricade and the steps to gain the upper hand.

Back in the ring, Ripley continued the attack but could only manage a series of two-counts.

As things looked grim for SKY, she managed to hit a DDT, leaving both women flat on their backs. IYO then resumed her high-speed attacks, including a flying top-rope dropkick.

Ripley then took a poisonrana for a big near-fall.

A rallying Rhea then delivered a running Razor’s Edge followed by a powerbomb, again only for two.

SKY went for a top-rope drop kick, but hit referee Jessica Carr, who was out. Ripley was able to deliver the Riptide, but with no official, she could not capitalize.

The pair then brawled into the crowd as Ripley blew her fuse, delivering headbutts and attempting a powerbomb from atop some equipment cases.

As this failed, IYO SKY climbed the equipment cases to deliver a cross-body from on high.

Back at ringside, IYO missed with a charge and ran into the announce desk. Even so, she delivered a powerbomb to Ripley on the floor.

As the referee recovered, SKY landed the Over the Moonsault, but only for a huge near-fall.

Ripley then delivered a Spanish Fly from the top rope, which left both women laying.

At this point, out came Naomi, who cashed in her contract to make it a triple-threat match. She blasted SKY with the briefcase, dumped Ripley to the floor, and hit the split-legged moonsault to SKY for the pinfall.

This was an excellent match and a very worthy main event after a few sub-par WWE PLE finales of late.
