The UFC has struck a multi-billion-dollar deal with Paramount for all numbered and Fight Night events.

Paramount, which recently merged with Skydance, will become the domestic rights partners for all UFC events beginning in 2026. The deal is valued at approximately $7.7 billion over a seven-year period.

The average annual value of $1.1 billion is more than double its existing domestic deal with ESPN of approximately $500 million, which expires after 2025.

It’s a major shift for UFC as it will exit the pay-per-view industry with all numbered events available for subscribers of Paramount+.

In the press release, it stated:

The company will carry the UFC’s full U.S. slate of 13 numbered events and 30 Fight Nights on its Paramount+ streaming service, with select numbered events simulcast on its CBS broadcast network. The media company also said it may pursue UFC rights in other markets as they become available.

Paramount+ offers an ad-supported tier at $8 per month or $60/year and an ad-free premium plan for $13 per month or $120/year.

It will be a massive savings for U.S. fans, who currently require an ESPN+ subscription followed by a charge of $79.99 per numbered event.
