Main roster tag teams DIY and The Motor City Machine Guns will appear on NXT’s live event tour of the Midwest this weekend.

The addition of the main roster talent was announced by Shawn Michaels in a video posted to social media on Thursday. The tour follows the NXT Showdown special and runs from October 9–11 with stops in Columbus, OH; Detroit, MI; and Cleveland, OH.

Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa of DIY are scheduled to be in action on all three nights of the tour. The appearance marks a temporary return to the brand where both men established their careers in WWE.

The Motor City Machine Guns, Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin, will also compete on the tour during the stop in their hometown of Detroit.

In addition, Michaels announced that NXT North American Champion Ethan Page will defend his title every night of the tour. The announcement follows Page’s successful title defense at the Showdown special on Tuesday.
