NXT New Year’s Evil achieves largest 18-49 audience in seven weeks

NXT’s New Year’s Evil special achieved the show’s largest 18-49 audience in seven weeks.

The January 6 special on CW averaged 627,000 viewers and 136,000 viewers (0.10) in the 18-49 demographic.

It represented a four percent increase in viewership and a 43 percent jump in the 18-49 audience from last week’s taped episode.

It was NXT’s largest 18-49 audience since November 18, with males averaging a 0.16 rating and females a 0.04.

Adults 18-34 averaged a 0.07 rating in the demo, with males posting a 0.11 and females at 0.02.

The show aired against the NBA on NBC, which averaged 1,742,000 viewers and 0.20 in 18-49, as well as college basketball on ESPN.
