Jiří Procházka and Carlos Ulberg will headline UFC 327 in Miami for the vacant light heavyweight championship.

UFC CEO Dana White announced that the 205-pound title will be vacated by Alex Pereira and determined in the headline fight on April 11.

Procházka (32-5-1) failed to beat Pereira in his two championship fights at UFC 295 in November 2023 and UFC 303 last June. Since the second loss to Pereira, Procházka has scored stoppage wins against Jamahal Hill and Khalil Rountree Jr.

Ulberg (13-1) is on a nine-fight win streak going back to February 2022 and earned a decision against Jan Blachowicz last March and knocked out Dominick Reyes in September.

The title fight joins a previously announced flyweight title defense by Joshua Van against Tatsura Taira at UFC 327.
