Orton listening to the voices
Randy Orton opened the show, mentioning how Cody Rhodes told him to listen to the voices. He admitted that he shut them out years ago and only thought about winning his 15th world championship. However, Cody gave him his blessing, and because he’s listening to the voices in his head again, he can’t be held responsible for what happens moving forward. Orton said the problem is the voices of everyone around him, including the fans, who cheered for Orton throughout the promo. There is only one person Orton is listening to, but before he could reveal who that was, Matt Cardona’s music plays. Orton talked trash and threatened to break Cardona’s other arm, but Cardona stormed to the ring and hit Orton with a microphone. That seemed to be it as fans chanted Orton’s name, and they cut to backstage.

Trick & Sami’s WrestleMania plans
Nick Aldis surprised Trick Williams when he told him that he would be on the WrestleMania card. Trick was delighted, and then Sami Zayn walked in. Zayn wondered what his Mania plans were, but Aldis said he didn’t have anything for Zayn. Trick kept talking to Aldis about his WrestleMania travel plans, and Zayn suckerpunched him. Zayn walked away, saying he’d have a Mania match.
"I'm gonna have a match at WrestleMania. Just you watch."

Livid Orton
After a commercial break, Orton found Aldis backstage, saying he had been looking everywhere for him and demanded a match against Cardona. Aldis noted that Cardona’s arm was broken, which Orton pointed out that he had broken. Orton said something bad could happen if he didn’t have the match, and Aldis made it official.
Alexa Bliss & Charlotte Flair vs. The Bella Twins
The Irresistible Forces came out before the match and promoted their Raw matchup against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria. Lash Legend mocked the “wannabe conteders” in the match, saying the Bellas aren’t as hot as they think they are and mocked Charlotte and Alexa’s “phony friendship.”
The Bellas controlled most of the match after catching Bliss stuck outside the ring. After each had a roll-up attempt, Lash catches Bliss with a right hand, and Brie pins her to win. Nia Jax and Lash attack both teams. The Irresistible Forces had Bliss set up for a tag team move, but Bayley and Valkyria ran in for the save. There were still some tensions between Charlotte, Alexa, and the Bellas.

Judgment Day reunion (kind of, not really)
After a recap of their tag team title win, Damian Priest finds R-Truth working on the construction of the Judgment Day clubhouse, thinking they’re back. Jelly Roll comes in, and Truth mistakes him for Dominik Mysterio. Truth said Jelly looked different, and Jelly thought he was referencing his weight loss. But Truth thinks he shaved his moustache. Rhea Ripley comes in, which only serves as confirmation bias for Truth’s Judgment Day reunion when he thought Dom and Rhea were back together. Jelly Roll gave a motivational speech for Ripley before leaving and getting ready for his match, and Truth followed him. Ripley offered her congrats to Priset for being a champion again, and Priest told Ripley to handle Jade Cargill and get gold again, too.

Bellas on a mission
The Bellas confronted Charlotte and Alexa for the post-match push. Charlotte and Alexa pointed out how Lash helped them win the match and that they should go to the back of the line. The Bellas said they would do whatever it took to win the tag team titles. They then got their own flannel thrown at them.
B-Fab and Michin explain
Rhea said she didn’t expect integrity from Jade, but didn’t expect B-Fab and Michin to be so “desperate” and sink low to Jade’s level. Jade, B-Fab, and Michin come out, and B-Fab calls Rhea “selfish” and a “backstabber.” Michin said that she and B-Fab have been grinding in the business, and while they’ve been forgotten, Rhea gets all the love and attention, so they’re taking what’s theirs. B-Fab chimed in and said they’re with Cargill because she has the power and the gold, and Cargill said B-Fab is ready to take on Rhea.

Rhea Ripley vs. B-Fab
This match went on during the commercial break, with Jade and Michin trying to distract Rhea throughout. Jade quickly throws Rhea into the steel steps, and the referee ends the match in a DQ. Rhea tried to fight off the trio, but Jade hit her with Jaded again.

Toxic curse
Things haven’t been going well for The Miz, and Kit Wilson points out that it’s probably the curse. Miz said there’s no such thing as curses and storms off. Danhausen appeared, wondering what Kit has that Danhausen doesn’t. Drew still walking
After a recap of Jacob Fatu and Drew McIntyre’s attacks against each other, McIntyre limps into the building. Cathy Kelly wondered why he was there. McIntyre admitted he’s stubborn and still hurt and in no condition to fight. However, he wanted to finish what Fatu started, and that’s when a man has nothing left to lose, that’s when he’s most dangerous.
Kit Wilson vs. Jelly Roll
Before the match, Kit had a poem defending his mother that ended with him calling Jelly toxic. Jelly wanted to get the match started right away, but Kit jumped him. But after the bell rang, Jelly got some shots between Kit’s legs. Kit countered the bionic elbow, but Jelly called back to Orton when he caught Kit on a second-rope splash with a powerslam. He kicked out of Turn-Er-Kit and won with a chokeslam.

Solo shades Roman
After a Raw recap, Solo Sikoa spoke to the rest of the MFTs, apologizing for how hard he has been on them and said it’s only for love for his family. He noted that Roman Reigns wouldn’t have apologized. Carmelo Hayes confronted Tama Tonga and asked if he needed Solo’s permission to answer his open challenge. Shinsuke Nakamura then confronted Tama and said something to him in Japanese before Talla Tonga came in.
United States Championship: Sami Zayn vs. Carmelo Hayes
Sami answered Hayes’ open challenge, but Trick Williams came out before the match started and sat ringside. Zayn tried to get a quick win, but Hayes caught him in between the ropes for a leg drop to head into the first commercial break. Back to the action, Sami hit a tope con hilo and stared down Trick. Sami went for a top-rope splash, but Hayes caught him with a dropkick. He landed Dirty Diana and went for First 48, but Sami countered with a powerbomb for a two-count. Sami went for a Helluva Kick, but Melo dodged it and hit an enzuigiri. Hayes went to the top rope, but Sami met him and hit a superplex to head into a picture-in-picture break. Out of that, Sami hit an exploder suplex and went for a Helluva Kick again. Melo countered with First 48, but Sami kicked out two. Melo goes for Nothing But Net, but Sami caught him with a Blue Thunder Bomb. Trick then got up, grabbed the U.S. title, and threw it into the ring for Sami. Zayn refused, and Trick stood on the apron. Sami and Melo go into the ropes, and Trick catches Melo with a punch. Sami hit a Helluva Kick for the win.
Congratulations to the NEW United States Champion!! 🏆

Fatu arrives
Jacob arrived at the arena and said that he didn’t come to Pittsburgh just to be backstage, and made his way to the ring.
Sami heads to WrestleMania
Zayn met up with Nick Aldis and asked if winning the U.S. title was enough to get him a spot at WrestleMania. Aldis said it did, and he’ll face Trick Williams for the belt.
Fatu vs. Drew set for WrestleMania
Jacob cuts a promo about how Drew tried to kill him and take food away from his kids’ table. However, he’s still standing and will dogwalk Drew as long as he is. Drew came out and called Jacob a “criminal.” He said Fatu stole his title and his WrestleMania match. Drew said that it’s his food that Jacob took, not him taking Fatu’s kids’ food. McIntyre said, “screw your damn kids,” which pissed Fatu off. However, Aldis intervened before they could fight and said they would be at WrestleMania in an unsanctioned match, which Drew couldn’t help but laugh about.

Aleister’s influence
Jelly Roll and Matt Cardona were backstage. Jelly apologized for Randy Orton’s actions and noted Cody Rhodes was on the way. Cardona told him to tell Cody to stay away and that he wanted to fight. Zelina Black and Aleister Black enter, and Zelina mocked Cardona for picking a fight he knows he can’t win just to satiate his own ego. Black and Black things, which confused Cardona.
Helping hand from Chelsea
Tiffany Stratton was heading to the ring, but Chelsea Green came in and wanted to get on her good side. She noted that as a former two-time United States champion, she’s a good resource against Giulia. Tiffany pointed out that it also means she lost the title twice, so she doesn’t need Chelsea’s help.
Tiffany Stratton vs. Giulia
A bit of a rough start between these two. Stratton hit a spinebuster off the commercial break. She followed up with a series of clotheslines, a handspring back elbow, and a cartwheel Alabama slam for a two-count. Giulia caught Stratton with a sunset flip and landed the Arrivederci knee for a two-count. Both women met up top, where Stratton tossed Giulia down and just got the Swanton Bomb off for a two-count. Giulia kicked Stratton mid handspring, but Stratton got off the rolling senton. Kiana James distracted Stratton, who went for the Prettiest Moonsault Ever. Giulia got her knees up and rolled up Stratton for the win.

Randy Orton was on the phone with someone and told them he’d see them soon.
Randy Orton vs. Matt Cardona
Orton worked on Cardona’s injured arm. Cardona had a hope spot with a Rough Ryder, but Orton hit the RKO for the win.
Cody
Cody arrives on his bus and walks his way through backstage toward the ring. There was a picture-and-picture ad break throughout, with Orton waiting for Rhodes, who even stopped to hear out Jelly Roll. Orton tossed security aside right as the ad break ended. Aldis tried to stop Cody, but he got into the ring to face Orton. They brawl around the ring, with producers and security trying to stop them. They continue to brawl in the ring, with the crowd chanting for both men. Orton tosses a bunch of security guards across the announce desk. Cody charges at him again, gouging his eyes. They brawl in the ring again, with security trying to pull them apart. Jelly Roll entered and tried to play peacemaker. Orton lands an RKO on Jelly Roll and runs away.
