United Japan Pro-Wrestling is set to return for the first time since June 15, 2024.

UJPW announced it will hold “FACE THE NEXT” at Shinjuku FACE. The event will feature younger wrestlers from the following promotions: New Japan Pro-Wrestling, Big Japan Pro-Wrestling, Pro-Wrestling Noah, DDT Pro-Wrestling, DRAGONGATE, Kyushu Pro-Wrestling, Pro-Wrestling FREEDOMS, and Ganbare☆Pro-Wrestling.

Wrestlers for the event will be announced from April 4-11, with one wrestler from each participating promotion being announced each day.

UJPW was formed in 2023, emerging during the COVID-19 pandemic, when multiple pro wrestling promotions in Japan agreed to form an association to represent the industry in the country.

The promotion’s last event was All Together in Sapporo, which was headlined by Tetsuya Naito and Jake Lee.
