Cody Rhodes and Hirooki Goto are set to appear in one of the more bizarre releases of 2026.
A live-action Street Fighter movie, which includes an eclectic cast including stand-up comedians, musicians, MMA fighters and professional wrestlers, is scheduled to hit theatres on October 16.
The movie, based on the legendary video game, has quite the numerous tie-ins with the world of combat sports and wrestling. Cody Rhodes will play Guile, Roman Reigns is set to portray Akuma, NJPW’s Hirooki Goto will be E. Honda, and UFC Champion Alexander Volkanovski is Joe.

Other names in the movie include Noah Centineo, Eric Andre, 50 Cent, Jason Momoa, Andrew Schulz, and Orville Peck.
