The WWE shareholder trial has officially been cancelled.

On Friday, the trial was removed from the Delaware court calendar just days before it was set to begin on Monday.

Tamara Burton, the Court Administrator for the Delaware Court of Chancery, confirmed to POST Wrestling’s Brandon Thurston on Saturday evening that the trial has been cancelled.

It has not been confirmed if a settlement has been reached.

The trial was scheduled to take place in Delaware over four days this week and presided over by Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster.

The plaintiffs allege that the 2023 transaction to merge WWE with UFC undervalued the former, naming Vince McMahon, Nick Khan, Paul Levesque, George Barrios, and Michelle Wilson as the listed defendants. The plaintiffs allege that McMahon steered the transaction toward Endeavor and did not allow the bidders, KKR and Liberty Media, to engage in a fair bidding process for WWE.
