The former Zoey Stark is set to return to the ring next month under the name Zoey Serrano.

The former WWE performer has been announced by Future Stars of Wrestling for its Survival of the Fittest event on August 22 at the Luxor in Las Vegas.

Serrano has not wrestled since May 2025, when she suffered a series of injuries to her knee during a match on Raw. In a Money in the Bank Qualifying match, Stark tore her ACL, MCL, and meniscus after a bad landing from a missile dropkick attempt. She was released by WWE this past April while still recovering from the injury.

Before the match with Future Stars of Wrestling, Serrano is scheduled to compete for RevPro in its Women’s Grand Prix on July 25 in Wolverhampton.

Stark signed with WWE in 2021 and became NXT tag champions with IYO SKY. She was drafted to the Raw brand in 2023 and formed a brief alliance with Trish Stratus lasting several months.

She was released this past April and said, “Thank you WWE, you made a young girls dream come true. You could not have been better and more supportive during my healing and I will be forever grateful. Thank you to all the girls in the back, the producers, camera men you were all incredibly kind and gracious. And a special Thank you to Terry Taylor and Coach Bloom for teaching me so much and being a shoulder to lean on. Its just the end of this chapter and the beginning of a new one. Falling Foward, onward and upward with God’s plan.”
