After the devastating stillbirth of his first child, Lila, Rob helped build a community alongside other dads who share similar experiences. Sad Dads Club now offers regular in-person and virtual meetups, creating space for connection, expression, and access to professional mental health services.
This is not an easy conversation, but it’s an important one with a great dude—or as the group puts it: “Worst Club, Best Guys.”
