A Celebration of Life for professional wrestler and artist Andy Williams has been announced.
The Buffalo Riverworks in Buffalo, New York, will host an event from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on September 27, it was confirmed today.
They invite attendees to share their favorite memories of Williams at the event.
“Most importantly, let’s be together and honor the life, love, and friendships he gave us,” a page for the ceremony says.
Williams passed away at 48 years old over the weekend. The former AEW star collapsed at an Enjoy Wrestling event in Pittsburgh on Saturday night.
One half of The Butcher and The Blade, Williams was a veteran of the North American indies and appeared on three AEW pay-per-views. He also had an accomplished career in music, being a founder and guitarist for the band Every Time I Die.
Organizers of the upcoming event ask attendees to register ahead of time so they can plan the event accordingly. Free registration is open at AndyWilliamsForever.com.
