Taya Valkyrie will soon become either a “Traitor” or “Faithful” as part of a new national TV role.
AEW’s Valkyrie will appear in the upcoming season of The Traitors: Canada, a reality game show which will return for its fourth season on September 21.
The full cast including Valkyrie for Season 4 was revealed on Wednesday. Along with former competitors on Love Island, Canada’s Drag Race, Big Brother, The Amazing Race Canada, and other shows, Valkyrie will be battling for a six-figure prize.
Canadian network CTV first launched The Traitors in 2023, a spinoff from Dutch game show De Verraders. The competition sees a small portion of the cast known as “Traitors” attempt to eliminate the others, the “Faithful,” without getting detected, in order to win.
The show has often been compared to Mafia, a real-life strategy game that can be played within social groups and has been recreated in video game format.
Former WWE and TNA star Gail Kim competed on Season 2 of the show.
