Cappuccino Jones is the latest talent to confirm that his WWE ID contract has come to an end.
PWinsider.com reported on Tuesday that Jones and Santi Rivera were no longer part of the ID program, and later in the day, Jones confirmed the report.
After 2 years, my time in WWE ID has come to an end, as I’ve decided to part ways. I’m grateful for all of the knowledge, experience, & wisdom that I’ve attained and will take with me for the rest of my career. Thank you WWE. i’m ready for my next cup. Do ya dig it?
Jones, 24, was signed to a WWE ID deal in 2024 and began performing on EVOLVE.
Jones was the men’s ID champion for seven months, beginning in August 2025 when he beat Jack Cartwheel in a tournament to crown the inaugural champion. He dropped the title this past March to Starboy Charlie, a.k.a. Chazz Hall.
Jones joins Laynie Luck, Marcus Mathers, and Sam Holloway among the ID talents whose deals have ended over the past week.
