Ric Flair has posted an update from home after being hospitalized following a fall in Tampa, Florida.

The 77-year-old shared a photograph on Saturday showing him covered up to his neck by a blanket and wearing a medical dressing over his right eye.

In the post on X, Flair thanked those who had sent messages and prayers and expressed his appreciation to the staff and doctors at Tampa General Hospital, saying they had cared for him until 4:30 a.m.

Flair said he would respond to people individually as he regained his strength.

I am focused on my healing and recovery right now. I will be okay!

Flair also addressed activity on his Facebook account while he was hospitalized. He said he no longer owns his own Facebook page and apologized for what he described as “reckless posting behavior” on the account during his hospital stay, calling it “completely inappropriate.”

Flair was taken to hospital on Friday after sustaining a fall in Tampa. Earlier the same day, he had announced that a blood clot in his leg had forced him to cancel an appearance in Seattle and that he was due to undergo a procedure on the affected vein.
