Just under a week after it looked like WWE would make Cody Rhodes step aside for The Rock at this year’s Wrestlemania, the Royal Rumble winner is back on track to “finish the story.”

WWE viewers from any era will likely all agree that the Royal Rumble is one of the more interesting matches of the year. It’s part of why the promotion still runs decades after it was first introduced.

Just earlier this week, a filing in the United States Southern District Court of California revealed that WWE had reached a settlement with MLW, who just over a year ago began pursuing an antitrust lawsuit.
