A federal judge in Florida has ordered former AEW commentator Kevin Kelly (real name Kevin Foote), and former AEW wrestlers Brandon Tate and Brent Tate to resolve their claims against All Elite Wrestling through arbitration
The defendants in the complaint filed by Kevin Kelly (Kevin Foote) and Brandon & Brent Tate have filed a motion to dismiss the claims and to enforce the arbitration clause in the contracts.
