On this week’s edition of the Jim Cornette Experience, Cornette provided further details on his relationship with MLW.

Cornette appeared at MLW’s Intimidation Games event this past Saturday at Cicero Stadium in Chicago and did commentary for the tapings alongside Rich Bocchini.

He was initially approached to do the two shows in New York next month at the Melrose Ballroom and agreed. Afterward, they asked Cornette if he could also do the tapings in Chicago as Tony Schiavone had a work commitment and could not work the taping on Saturday.

Cornette clarified that he is open to working more dates with MLW but has no contract with the group. He was coaching promos at the tapings over the weekend in Chicago and worked with the talent that had limited experience working on television.

He also mentioned that former WWE and TNA producer David Sahadi has begun working for MLW.
