WWE Supershow in Gainesville canceled, per venue

A scheduled live event by WWE in Gainesville, Florida next month has been canceled, according to the venue’s website.

The WWE Supershow originally scheduled for August 8 in Gainesville will no longer be taking place. Refunds are available from original points of purchase.

The card was scheduled for Sunday, August 8^th, and promoted as a WWE Supershow, which would have included talent from both brands.

There was no reason provided or whether the show is being moved to a new location.

There are events scheduled that weekend in Florida beginning with Friday Night SmackDown on August 6^th in Tampa, a WWE Supershow on August 7^th in Fort Myers, and Raw on August 9^th in Orlando.
