Bayley provides an update on how her recovery is going.

Going into the Money In The Bank pay-per-view, it was announced that Bayley had been sidelined with an injury that would put her on the shelf for approximately nine months. She was scheduled to challenge Bianca Belair for the SmackDown Women’s Title in an ‘I Quit’ match.

Bayley was not drafted as a part of the 2021 WWE Draft and is considered a ‘free agent’. She recently went live on her Instagram page and provided an update on her recovery. She said she is feeling great across the board and it is only a matter of time before she returns.

People are asking how my knee is. So my knee is doing great, my leg’s doing great, my ankle’s doing great, my calf is doing great, my shin is doing great, my hip is doing great. My mind is doing great, so I mean it’s only a matter of time and I’m not gonna tell you when and I don’t want all these idiots watching to know when. But, I’m gonna be coming back soon, maybe, you know and y’all better be ready. Better be ready.

Her last match was on the 6/25 episode of Friday Night SmackDown. The ‘I Quit’ match with Bianca Belair was going to be the third of their series of matches. Bianca bested Bayley in a singles match at WrestleMania Backlash and in a Hell In A Cell match.
