John Siino reviews this week’s editions of AEW Dark, AEW Dark: Elevation, NXT UK, IMPACT Wrestling, NXT Level Up, NJPW Strong, NWA USA, NWA Powerrr, and Main Event in under 15 minutes on Shot In The Dark.
This week on AEW Dark: Elevation, Paul Wight leaves the commentary table to wrestle on the main event as they are in his hometown of Columbia, South Carolina. Diamante gets tired of her tag team partner after taking on Ruby Soho and Anna Jay, the Best Friends take on The Workhorsemen (with a cameo from Sue), plus we see Red Velvet, Serena Deeb and more in action.
NXT UK has the debut of the former Lizzy Evo, now going by Eliza Alexander, as she assists Xia Brookside for her match with Amale. Tyler Bate doesn’t approve of Trent Seven’s underhanded tactics to get a victory and Noam Dar defends his Heritage Cup against Mark Coffey.
On NWA USA, Caprice Coleman makes his debut against Alex Taylor of the Ill Forgotten. Natalia Markova is in action against Riley, as well as Mims vs. AJ Cazana.
Also, The Dark Order vs. The Factory on AEW Dark, a #1 contenders Knockouts Battle Royal on IMPACT Wrestling, Shane Haste debuts teaming up with JONAH to take on FinJuice on NJPW Strong, Cyon accepts Tyrus’ Slam Challenge on NWA Powerrr, Damon Kemp gets his first victory on NXT Level Up, Finn Balor debuts on Main Event.
