In the main event, Hangman Page retained the AEW Championship in a Texas Death Match against Adam Cole.

Both men bled throughout the match, which saw some spectacular moments including Page attempting a moonsault off the top to the floor and being met by a superkick from Cole upon landing.

Page tied Cole to the rope with his belt and brought out a barbed-wire chair, but hesitated and decided against using it on his rival. Cole capitalized and executed a low blow before being stopped by a lariat.

Page wrapped the barbed wire around his arm, stopped a Panama Sunrise on the edge of the apron, and placed the barbed wire on top of Cole’s head. Page followed with a Dead Eye off the apron and crashed through a table on the floor. Page made it to his feet as the count reached ten and Page retained the title after 20:07.

Ruby Riott qualified for the women’s Owen Hart Foundation tournament by defeating Robyn Renegade.

During the match, Robyn switched places with her twin sister Charlotte before Robyn returned and was hit by Riott’s version of Sister Abigail to win the match after 8:25.

Dustin Rhodes issued a challenge to CM Punk for next Wednesday’s edition of Dynamite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Later in the show, the match was officially added for next week’s show.

The Butcher was given a short showcase match against Barrett Brown, defeating the NJPW Strong regular with a powerbomb in 55 seconds prior to The Butcher’s match with Wardlow next Wednesday.

In the opening match, The Blackpool Combat Club defeated The Gunn Club in a six-man tag with Wheeler Yuta avoiding the Famouser and pinning Billy Gunn with an O’Connor roll.
