As the July 7th episode of IMPACT Wrestling on AXS went into the second hour, a vignette aired to promote Killer Kelly’s return to IMPACT.
Kelly made her IMPACT debut in November 2020 and returned to the company that same year for the Knockouts Tag Team Title tournament in which she teamed with Renee Michelle.

It has been almost a full year since Killer Kelly wrestled in a sanctioned match. She took on Roxanne Perez f.k.a. Rok-C at New Texas Pro’s show in September 2021. She announced that she would be stepping away from wrestling for the remainder of 2021 to fix her nose and breathing problems.
