WWE Raw notes: Edge challenges Finn Balor to ‘I Quit’ match, ‘White Rabbit’, AJ Styles-Judgment Day

Edge wants Finn Balor in a 'I Quit' match at Extreme Rules, more 'White Rabbit' teases, AJ Styles turns down Judgment Day, Bloodline on Raw

At the conclusion of the 9/26 Monday Night Raw, Edge made his return to TV after being taken out by The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley & Dominik Mysterio). Edge saved Matt Riddle from being further beaten down by the group. He then challenged Finn Balor to an ‘I Quit’ match at Extreme Rules.

After Solo Sikoa helped Sami Zayn defeat AJ Styles, The Judgment Day came to the ring and Finn Balor offered AJ a spot in the group. Styles declined and was beaten down. They placed a chair around Styles’ neck but Balor stopped himself from stomping on the chair and told AJ that friends don’t do that to each other.

The season premiere of Monday Night Raw is taking place on October 10th in Brooklyn, New York. D-Generation X (Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque, Shawn Michaels, Brian ‘Road Dogg’ James & Sean ‘X-Pac’ Waltman) are scheduled to appear. It has been announced that The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa & Sami Zayn) are going to be on that show as well.

Alpha Academy (Chad Gable & Otis) are having their homecoming next week as Raw is going to be in the state of Minnesota. Otis is taking on Johnny Gargano and Chad Gable is taking on Braun Strowman.

The Miz hired security to make sure Dexter Lumis does not get near him. Lumis took out the security throughout the night and ended up hiding in Edmonton Oilers gear and choking out Miz.

Rey Mysterio had a singles match against Seth Rollins. While facing off with Dominik Mysterio on the outside, Rhea Ripley ambushed Rey from behind which led to Rollins tapping out Rey in the ring.

In the show opener, Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair scored a win over IYO SKY.
