NXT North American Championship: Wes Lee (c) vs. Dijak

Pretty big crowd here and full of energy, as they are chanting for Wes Lee at the start of the match. Dijak stops Lee at the start with a shoulder block and tells him to lay down to save himself a beating and hand over the championship. Lee teases laying down, just to kick Dijak in the face. Lee tries to go for a German Suplex, but Dijak knocks him to the apron where Lee swings back in with a hurricanrana sending Dijak to the other side, where he gets drop kicked towards the announcer’s table. Dijak catches Lee jumping off the apron and hits him with a Death Valley Driver, behind sending him back inside for a two count. Dijak stays in control, hitting a toss suplex for another two. Lee tries to fight back, but Dijak catches him and tosses him over the rope to the outside. Dijak keeps Lee in the corners, but Lee is able to dodge a running Dijak, who goes tumbling to the outside. Back inside, Lee is able to fight through and finally hit the German Suplex on Dijak for a two. They fight on the apron until Lee back body drops Dijak to the outside and hits him with a diving flip over the top rope. That was fantastic. Lee tries more flips inside but flips right into Dijak who tries Feast Your Eyes, just for Lee to hit a poison rana and a sit-out brainbuster driver for a two. Lee heads to the top rope, but Dijak gets out of the way. Lee tries to springboard off the ropes, but Dijak catches him with Hard Justice for a two-count. Dijak follows that by putting Lee in a crossface chicken wing, dropping him down to the mat where Lee fights his way up. Dijak tries Feast Your Eyes, but Lee gets out. Lee reverses a chokeslam into a super kick, and hits a running knee but gets stopped with a big boot as Dijak gets a two. Dijak continues by hitting a clothesline, but Lee keeps kicking out. Dijak heads to the ropes, where he goes to lift Lee up with him but Lee turns it into a top rope hurricanrana, heads to the top rope, and hits a twisting dive, as Dijak kicks out. Dijak heads to the outside, and as Lee tries to dive onto him, Dijak catches Lee and tosses him into the barricade. Dijak places Lee onto a chair and traps him using a broom, heads to the top rope, and hits a moonsault, but Tony D’Angelo and Channing Lorenzo were there to take the move instead. Dijak tosses Lee back inside, and springboards in, into a super kick. Lee follows with a back handspring Pele kick for the pin and the win.

Winner: Wes Lee by pinfall at 17:01, to retain

McKenzie Mitchell is backstage with Katana Chance & Kayden Carter who says they have faced all types of teams to become the longest-reigning Women’s tag team champions. They busted their ass to become champs and it’s about time they go do what they do best.

NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship: Katana Chance & Kayden Carter (c) vs. Fallon Henley & Kiana James (w/ Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen)

Kayden Carter and Kiana James start the match, as Josh Briggs is screaming ‘new champ alert’ on the outside. Carter goes to the outside and tries to distract Brooks Jensen, as Vic Joseph mentions how Jensen was ‘friend zoned’ by Carter in the past, where Booker T starts questioning all their history. Fallon Henley tags in and right away starts disagreeing with James a bit, before they seem to get right back on the same page. Chance & Carter tag in and out and start double-teaming on Henley. Henley and Chance go at it for a bit, before Chance is able to make the hot tag to Carter who keeps Henley & James in their corner before booting Henley to the outside, where Carter dives off of Carter onto Henley & James. James starts fighting off Carter, hitting a spinebuster for a two. James is able to fight them both off, knocking Carter to the outside before tagging in Henley who hits a springboard neckbreaker, before they hit a double team driver that Carter breaks up the pin for. James and Carter fight on the outside, where Carter takes out James with a cutter off the apron. Jensen goes to check on James, as Chance and Henley go at it in the ring. They head to the top rope, where Chance hits a hurricanrana for a two. Chance goes to the top rope, but Henley knocks her off. Henley rolls up Carter for the pin, as James holds Carter’s feet down for the three-count.

Winners: Fallon Henley & Kiana James by pinfall at 9:20, to become NEW NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions

Building A Superstar, Not A House

We see an Instagram from Drew Gulak where he asks Hank Walker if he saw how Wes Lee beat Dijak. Gulak questions what Walker is wearing and says he’s building a superstar, not a house, and tells Walker that they need to get him new gear.

We see a video from Lyra Valkyria who says her match with Cora Jade was taken away from her and asks who will step up this Tuesday to challenge her.

2 Out of 3 Falls Match: Carmelo Hayes (w/ Trick Williams) vs. Apollo Crews

They start the match with takedown and hold attempts before Carmelo Hayes puts on a head scissors on Apollo Crews. They start running the ropes, until Hayes hits a couple slaps that get Crews angry enough to knock Hayes down with a slap of his own. Crews is able to catch Hayes and slingshots him in the corner, but he hangs on and dives down into a dropkick by Crews. Crews stays in control, power slamming Hayes into a corner, before whipping him hard into the other side. Hayes tries to come back, springboarding off the ropes, but Crews catches him into a German Suplex and sends him to the apron. They start fighting on the outside, but Trick Williams gets in Crews face. Crews doesn’t fall for the distraction, as he’s able to dodge Hayes and hits him with a moonsault off the apron as commentary keeps bringing up Crews injured ribs. Trick goes and grabs a chair from under the ring, but just sits down on it. They fight a bit in the corner, where Hayes hits a cutter to Crews off the apron to the outside. They go back and forth until Hayes drops Crews neck first on the top rope for a two-count. Crews is able to finally fight his way back and hits two German Suplexes, before Hayes gets out of the third attempt, but Crews takes him down with a back body drop. They fight in the corner, where Crews hits a suplex from the apron back inside for two. Hayes stays on top of Crews with offense and pin attempts, until he puts on a crossface until Crews taps out, as Hayes gets the first fall at 15:54.

Crews came back with three back-to-back German Suplexes and a standing shooting star for a two-count. Crews goes to the top rope, but Hayes kicks him off and hits a fadeaway leg drop for a two-count. They run the ropes until Crews hits a sick-looking blockbuster DDT for two. Trick on the outside keeps holding on to the chair, teasing something. They head to the top rope before they both come crashing down to the outside. Inside, they go back and forth until Crews hits a Death Valley Driver as both men are laid out. Trick gets on the apron and takes off the turnbuckle pad as the referee was checking on Crews & Hayes. Crews shakes off Hayes and whips him right into the exposed turnbuckle. As Trick tries to come into the ring with the chair, he gets stopped by the former Commander Azeez, who was identified as Dabba-Kato. Hayes follows this distraction by hitting his top rope leg drop and pins Crews for the win.

Winner: Carmelo Hayes by pinfall at 23:30, to win 2-0

Dabba-Kato helps Crews up after, just to attack him with a head-butt and a Sky Low.

Valentina Accepts

Valentina Feroz at the Performance Center and says she will accept Lyra Valkryia’s challenge for Tuesday. Elektra Lopez tells Feroz she’ll need help, and Wendy Choo says she will be in Feroz’s corner instead.

Kiana James & Fallon Henley are backstage where Henley says she can’t believe they won the titles, but James says she can. Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen then suggest they go celebrate.

NXT Tag Team Championship: The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) (c) vs. Chase U (Andre Chase & Duke Hudson) (w/ Thea Hail) vs. Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) vs. Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang)

The New Day with some sick Street Fighter-inspired gear, as Kofi Kingston starts with Elton Prince, before Xavier Woods quickly tags in. Pretty Deadly go to the outside, where Kingston and Woods take them down as Thea Hail screams at them. Chase U takes control, as Andre Chase goes after Kit Wilson with an atomic drop and tells him it’s a teachable moment, but Mark Coffey blind tags himself in. Prince starts stomping Woods in the corner, as Wilson screams at Woods. Wilson tags in and keeps Woods down by bending his fingers back. Kingston tags in and is able to take everybody down hitting a Boom Drop on Pretty Deadly & Wolfgang followed by SOS on Prince, but Wilson breaks up the count. Everybody else runs in hitting offense before it’s just Pretty Deadly left standing going after Kingston. New Day comes back as Kingston hits an assisted top rope stomp, but the rest of the wrestlers break up the count. As everybody is fighting on the outside, Chase tosses Kingston off the top rope onto them before teasing a jump of his own that Wilson stops. They fight on the top rope before Chase hits a superplex on Wilson to everybody on the outside. Duke Hudson starts clearing off the commentary table, but Pretty Deadly stops him and tries to suplex him onto it, before Hudson stops them. Pretty Deadly fixes the table, as Booker T thanks them. That’s a first. Hudson and Coffey go at it, with Hudson hitting a shoulder block that knocks both of them down. They all end up on the outside again where Gallus chokeslams Hudson through the commentary table. Gallus then goes after Chase, but Chase fights them off and hits a Russian Leg Sweep on Coffey before delivering his Chase U stomps as the entire crowd chants along. Chase heads to the top rope and hits a high cross body for a two before putting on a Figure Four on Coffey. Wolfgang breaks it up with a Swanton Bomb before they take Chase down with a powerslam/kick combo for a two. Kingston runs in and takes out Gallus, before diving onto Pretty Deadly on the outside, but they catch him and hit Spilt Milk on the outside. Coffey and Woods go at it inside, but Wolfgang stops him as they hit another power slam/kick combo as Coffey pins Woods for the win.

Winners: Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang) by pinfall at 16:47, to become NEW NXT Tag Team Champions

NXT Women’s Championship Triple Threat Match: Roxanne Perez (c) vs. Gigi Dolin vs. Jacy Jayne

Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne came out together as Toxic Attraction for their entrance. As soon as the bell rings, Dolin & Jayne surround Roxanne Perez who goes right after them and tries to fight them off, but they are able to take her down with a double face plant. Perez continues to fight them off, until Dolin & Jayne collide but help each other up, staying on the same page for now. Perez is able to springboard off the ropes, sending Toxic Attraction to the outside, where she dives on Dolin, before Jayne flips off the apron, colliding into Dolin instead of her target of Perez. Perez stays on Jayne on the inside, putting on a crossface that Jayne is able to reverse into a two-count with a roll-up. Jayne stays in control until Dolin pulls her to the outside as they start yelling at each other. They go to shake hands, but as Perez dives onto them, Dolin pulls Jayne in to take the move. Dolin and Perez start fighting on the apron, before Dolin slams her down and hits a backdrop for a pin attempt, but Jayne pulls her off. Toxic Attraction goes face to face, before going into a shoving match followed by slaps. They go back and forth with pin attempts before Perez takes them down with a top rope cross-body. Perez continues attacking both hitting a DDT/leg sweep combo and tries to pin both of them back-to-back, but they both kick out. Jayne places Dolin & Perez in the corner and hits a cannonball falling by a running knee strike that Dolin breaks up the count for. Jayne knocks Dolin to the outside, before she and Perez go at it. Dolin runs in and breaks up a Pop Rocks attempt and hits a bridge suplex that Jayne breaks up with a senton. The crowd erupts in a ‘Let’s go Roxy / Let’s go Gigi’ chant as all three women start punching each other as they get on their feet. Dolin & Jayne knock Perez down then each other with a double headbutt as they fall on Perez, with Perez kicking out. Jayne & Perez get on the same page, as Dolin tells Jayne to get the table, which she does. They go to put Perez through the table, but she fights out and hits Dolin with a Pop Rocks on the outside. Jayne & Perez head to the top rope, before Dolin joins them and gets kicked off and falls into the table on the outside. Perez follows with a Pop Rocks to Jayne off the top rope for the pin and the win.

Winner: Roxanne Perez by pinfall at 14:43, to retain

NXT Championship Steel Cage Match: Bron Breakker (c) vs. Grayson Waller

Grayson Waller’s entrance was with half a dozen women carrying the Golden Shoey and bottles of champagne to the ring for him. They announce that you could only win by pinfall or submission in this mission, not by escaping the cage. Bron Breakker ‘broke’ through a picture of Waller for his entrance. As Breakker was making his way into the ring, Waller attacked him with the door before the bell even rang. Breakker tosses Waller around the ring into the barricades, before finally tossing him inside to start the match. Breakker starts heavy in control, hitting a Steiner Line as the crowd is behind him. Breakker marches around the ring hitting a suplex to Waller, followed by a standing moonsault. Waller starts to take control and mocks Breakker with a funny sounding dog bark. Waller tries to stop Breakker, but he catches him with a belly-to-belly suplex, before heading to the top rope where he hits a bulldog. Waller tries to escape, but moves when Breakker runs towards him, crashing into the cage as Waller gets a two count out of that. They go back and forth until Waller rakes Breakker’s eyes and tosses him into the cages before hitting a modified blockbuster for a two count. Waller heads to the top, but Breakker quickly runs up and hits the Frankensteiner for a two count. Breakker heads to the top again, but Waller stops him with a knee and follows with an elbow drop off the ropes for a two count. Waller ties Breakker in the ropes and starts punching away before hitting him with a drop kick to the mid section and a spear. Breakker powers his way out of the ropes, as Waller tries to run up the cage just to be knocked down by Breakker. Breakker picks up Waller and press slams him into the cage. Waller is able to stop Breakker with a low blow, before hitting a low blow for a two. Waller heads all the way to the top of the cage, but Breakker runs up there to meet him and hits him with a superplex. Breakker follows with a spear, but instead of going for the pin he gets in Waller’s face about him talking trash about him. Breakker says this is his dog pound and he runs NXT before running the ropes and hitting him with another spear for the pin.

Winner: Bron Breakker by pinfall at 14:26, to retain

As Bron Breakker is celebrating on the top of the cage, Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams walk down to the ring and stare at Breakker.
