The first two confirmed matches for Forbidden Door.
Two matches have been formally confirmed for AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2 on June 25th in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
After Will Ospreay won the IWGP U.S. Heavyweight Championship number one contenders tournament at Dominion, he put the current champion Kenny Omega on notice and it is official that they’ll have their rematch at Forbidden Door.
After Kazuchika Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi and Tomohiro Ishii successfully defended their NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Titles against Shota Umino, Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli, a video message aired from Bryan Danielson who called Okada out. Danielson versus Okada is official for Forbidden Door.
