Omega is surprised he did not get hurt.
The Elite (Kenny Omega, Hangman Adam Page, Matt & Nick Jackson) took on Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Bryan Danielson, Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta) in the main event of AEW Double or Nothing.
Leading up to that, there was a Cage match on the May 10th Dynamite between Moxley and Omega. During the bout, Omega gave Moxley a V-Trigger through the cage and Omega got hung up on the bottom half of the structure.
Muscle & Fitness did a profile on Omega and he told the site that he’s ‘bewildered’ that he was able to walk away from that unscathed.
I’m still bewildered over how it was that I walked away from that one. I just let it happen and I think, somehow, because nothing was going against the grain, or fighting against this odd happening, I miraculously ended up OK.
