Semi-finals of World Title Eliminator, TBS Championship match added to Collision

Several matches have been added to Saturday’s night episode of Collision including the semi-finals of the World Title Eliminator Tournament.

Following Friday’s taped episode of Rampage, the semi-finals are set.

Penta El Zero M defeated Jay Lethal while Samoa Joe used the Coquina Clutch to beat Jeff Hardy on Rampage and advance to meet on Saturday’s episode.

Penta vs. Joe will join the previously announced semi-final match between Darby Allin and Roderick Strong on Collision with the two winners meeting on next week’s Dynamite in Cincinnati to determine who challenges MJF at Grand Slam on September 20.

AEW has also added an open challenge involving TBS Champion Kris Statlander for Saturday’s show after defending the belt in an open challenge against Emi Sakura this past Wednesday.

The promotion also announced the four men set to take on Bullet Club Gold with Metalik, Aerostar, Gravity & Dio Del Inframundo in an eight-man tag.

AEW Collision takes place from the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio and airs at 8 p.m. ET on TNT with the following announced:
*World Title Eliminator Tournament (Semi-Final): Roderick Strong vs. Darby Allin
*World Title Eliminator Tournament (Semi-Final): Samoa Joe vs. Penta El Zero M
*AEW International Championship: Jon Moxley © vs. Action Andretti
