Red Velvet is billed for a return to AEW television on the November 8th edition of Dynamite.
Velvet has not appeared for the promotion since the February 1st, 2023 edition of AEW Dynamite when she challenged Jade Cargill for the TBS Championship.
She is set to face Julia Hart on Wednesday.
In an interview reported by Andrew Thompson earlier this week, Velvet said she always stays ready:
I have multiple gears at AEW. I always bring gear, I’m always ready. You never know when you might pop up so, gotta stay ready. If you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready, right? I always stay ready.
Her return was announced on the November 4th episode of AEW Collision. Also newly announced for Wednesday was Penta El Zero Miedo vs. Swerve Strickland and Jay White vs. Mark Briscoe.
