Details on AEW’s residency in Texas have been uncovered with several key pieces of information for the month-long stay in Arlington.

Brandon Thurston at Wrestlenomics has obtained records of the agreement involving AEW with the Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau, and the Arlington Sports Commission.

Last month, AEW revealed it would stage five episodes of Collision and the ROH Death Before Dishonor event at the Esports Stadium in Arlington with the tour promoted as ‘Path to All In’.

The records show that AEW is paying a discounted rate of $232,000 for usage across the July and August dates. Just over half of that figure is to be paid to the Arlington Expo Center.

It is believed there are built-in savings for the promotion by staging so many shows over that period including its production rig staying mounted throughout the residency and eliminating the need to tear down and set up multiple times during its stay.

Thurston reports the Esports Stadium will be scaled to provide 1,290 seats with an average ticket price of $45.02 and would cover its expense by selling just over 5,000 tickets across all the events.

AEW will hold its first event at the arena on Saturday, July 20 with a live edition of Collision and subsequent Collision tapings on July 27, August 1 (a Thursday taping with Collision set to air earlier that Saturday), August 10, and August 17.

ROH’s Death Before Dishonor event may not be the only ROH-related programming taped at the venue as there are two TV taping dates listed for July 28 and August 16 – although, it’s noted in the report that those taping dates could change.

While not confirmed, there were discussions in the records of potentially subletting the venue during AEW’s stay to CMLL and/or NJPW when the venue is not in use.
