Marshall and Rhodes mentioned it and the twins stuck with it.

The duo known as The Renegade Twins, Charlette and Robyn Renegade, kicked off their in-ring careers at the Nightmare Factory which is ran by Q.T. Marshall and current Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.

Originally, Robyn and Charlette were going by The Renegades and it was Rhodes and Marshall who suggested that they take on The Renegade Twins name. The following quotes are from The Renagades’ interview with Women’s Wrestling Talk.

Charlette: Yes, Cody (Rhodes) and Q.T. (Marshall suggested that we go by The Renegade Twins).

Robyn: They called us the twins.

Charlette: All the time, The Twins and we called ourselves The Renegades and one day, Cody looked at us — Cody and Q.T. and they were like, ‘Why don’t y’all just call yourselves The Renegade Twins?’ And it stuck ever since then so, here we are, four years later. Three, four years later, talking about The Renegade Twins.

Charlette has been sidelined from in-ring action since December 2023. She provided an update on her status and that can be read here

Former WWE talent Brady Booker f.k.a. Bodhi Hayward trains at the Nightmare Factory. He stated that Cody Rhodes still appears at the school once a week.
