The implosion of Judgment Day took place at SummerSlam.

Present-day, the new Judgment Day a.k.a. Street Trash (Finn Bálor, Liv Morgan, Dominik Mysterio, J.D. McDonagh & Carlito) are at odds with Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest. The implosion of the previous iteration of Judgment Day fully unfolded at SummerSlam.

The two sides are set to collide at the upcoming WWE Bad Blood Premium Live Event and ahead of that, Rhea Ripley was interviewed by Justin Dhillon on Casual Conversations with The Classic

She reflected on her time with the group and what it has meant to her career. It was the most fun she’s had in wrestling in a long time.

The Judgment Day was really family to me. Like, it really was and it has helped my career so much more than I can actually put into words because I feel like that was when I started opening up and feeling comfortable going out there in front of the crowd because I had the boys that I could fall back on. So, it was really emotional for me. I saw something come out about Judgment Day members, a specific one crying backstage after everything and I’m not ashamed of it. That was me. I was upset. The last two and a half years of my life — it’s changed now. I can’t go back to that. They were my boys, they were my family and it was really sad but at the same time, when something so good comes to an end, the other side of it is something amazing is about to start as well and I wasn’t really thinking about that because I was just so emotional, because yeah, that was the most fun that I’ve had in my career in a long time. I felt invincible. I felt like I could go out there and just be a cheeky little menace and get away with it, like for real and have fun with my friends and yeah, I don’t know. I loved my time with The Judgment Day. But I feel like now, I’m loving my time absolutely brutalizing The Judgment Day, and they’re not the real Judgment Day. They’re Street Trash (she laughed).

On tap for Bad Blood is Bálor versus Priest in addition to Morgan versus Ripley for the Women’s World Championship. To hear a recap of their latest interactions, check out the 9/16 Rewind-A-Raw episode.
