UPDATE: The Wrestling Observer site is reporting that Davis sustained a fractured foot.
There is another reported injury affecting a member of the AEW roster.
Fightful Select reports that Mark Davis is the latest roster member among the walking wounded, joining Jay White and Orange Cassidy in this recent cycle.
The site states that Davis was hurt on March 26 during his match with Powerhouse Hobbs in St. Paul, Minnesota. The match only lasted two minutes and thirty-five seconds with Davis coming off the ropes and being hit with a spinebuster.
Fightful notes that the company is optimistic that Davis will only be out of action for four to eight weeks.
On this week’s edition of Dynamite, it was announced that Jay White was out of the Owen Hart Cup Tournament as he has sustained an injury, which may require surgery. Fightful also reported this week that Orange Cassidy is out of action with a suspected torn pectoral.
