Tessa Blanchard absent from TV tapings after reported knock at TNA Under Siege

Tessa Blanchard was forced to miss a scheduled match at TNA Impact television tapings on Saturday.

She had been booked for a mixed tag match following an angle at TNA Under Siege on Friday evening.

Fightful reported on Sunday that an accidental head contact during her Under Siege match with Arianna Grace was the cause of her absence.

The extent of any injury is currently unknown.

Blanchard was supposed to team with Robert Stone against Santino Marella and Arianna Grace.

Sources present at the recording indicate a storyline reason was provided during the tapings to explain Blanchard’s absence. Victoria Edwards took her place in the scheduled tag match.

The May 29 and June 5 episodes of TNA Impact were recorded in Brampton, Ontario.
