Tay Melo is back.
The long-time AEW talent made her on-screen return on Wednesday night as part of Fyter Fest 2025.
Melo appeared on stage to make the save for Anna Jay, who suffered a beatdown at the hands of Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford. She used a kendo stick to take out Ford before a pull-apart took place with Bayne.

29-year-old Melo has been out of the AEW ring since early 2023, stepping away from the sport after she and Sammy Guevara announced that they were expecting their first child.
Melo gave birth to her daughter, Luna, in November 2023.
It took time for her to recover and prepare for an in-ring return after becoming a mother, noting just over a year ago that she was still waiting to be cleared for in-ring action before even beginning her training once again.
Melo’s return to in-ring competition took place this January on a STARDOM card, when she teamed with Mina Shirakawa to meet Athena and Thekla in tag action. It now looks like her next appearance inside an AEW ring is imminent.
By the time Melo appears next, she’ll be wrestling in an AEW match for the first time in roughly two and a half years.
