Callum Newman and Drilla Moloney have qualified for the G1 Climax.
The first set of play-in matches for the final four spots occurred on Monday’s New Japan Soul event at Korakuen Hall.

Newman overcame Taichi after using a Poisonrana, followed by the Firebolt to pin one-half of the IWGP tag champions and join the A Block.
Drilla Moloney defeated the other half of the tag champions, Tomohiro Ishii, in their third singles match of 2025.
Moloney blocked a series of Brainbusters before connecting with a set of spears and two Drilla Killas to win the match, and he joins the B Block.
The next set of play-in matches are on July 4, when Bad Luck Fale takes on Ryohei Oiwa, and Chase Owens faces YOSHI-HASHI.
