ROH Women’s Champion Athena has won the Women’s Casino Gauntlet at AEW All In: Texas.

With the win comes a guaranteed future opportunity at the AEW Women’s World Championship.

The match began with Kris Statlander and Megan Bayne, who were soon joined by Willow Nightingale.

Penelope Ford accompanied Bayne and interfered frequently before Harley Cameron appeared, and Ford was run off.

The next official entrants were Tay Melo and Thekla, who were soon joined by Jula Hart. There would be more outside interference courtesy of Skye Blue.

Queen Aminata then joined the fray, soon followed by Mina Shirakawa, who cleared the ring briefly before Statlander and Bayne attacked.

Shirakawa then submitted Skye Blue, and thought she had won the match before the referee had to tell her that Blue was not an official entrant in the Gauntlet.

ROH Women’s Champion Athena joined the match next and made an immediate impact. Thunder Rosa, Athena’s opponent at ROH Supercard of Honor, was next in.

Syuri then made her AEW debut, followed very swiftly by another new(ish) face in Alex Windsor.

Syuri and Windsor held the ring for a spell as the other competitors were outside the ring, but a mass brawl soon followed.

The finish came as Mina Shirakawa attempted to apply a figure-four to Thunder Rosa. Athena dived in and grabbed the pin on Mina.
