Bianca Belair is on the path toward an in-ring return.

The former WWE women’s champion underwent finger surgery this week and shared a glimpse of her recovery process in multiple Instagram stories. The videos show part of Belair’s left hand wrapped in a bandage as a physician tests the strength of the 36-year-old’s bandaged fingers while she grimaces in pain.

Belair has not wrestled since WrestleMania 41 last April, when she broke her knuckle during a triple threat match with IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley.

The WWE triple crown champion previously explained that it occurred when Ripley landed on her hand after a German suplex spot, crushing her finger and breaking the knuckle, which has caused complications with her recovery. A timeline on her return to the ring is unknown.
