Tiger Mask will make one last appearance in Pro Wrestling NOAH next month before wrapping up his illustrious career.
The 30-year professional wrestling veteran, who is scheduled to have his last match on July 7, will return to NOAH as part of the promotion’s May 13 card in Korakuen Hall. Tiger Mask will team up with Kenoh to face the duo of Naomichi Marufuji and Alejandro, the promotion announced over the weekend.
While Tiger Mask spent the majority of his career in NJPW, he made infrequent appearances in NOAH from 2010 to 2014 as well. He notably went on two separate runs with the GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships, holding the titles alongside Koji Kanemoto and Jushin Thunder Liger.
Tiger Mask has crossed paths with Marufuji many times in the past, including an IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship showdown at Wrestle Kingdom IV, a match Marufuji came out on top of.
Tiger Mask’s final match is set to go down at NJPW’s July 7 Korakuen Hall event. His opponent isn’t known at the moment.
