Report: WWE made the move to censor blood from Bron Breakker-Seth Rollins match

Bron Breakker and Seth Rollins faced off in a bloody steel cage match, but those watching the Netflix replay didn’t see the full impact of the match.

Rollins busted Breakker open in his Night of Champions win, and Breakker’s bloody face was shown to those watching on ESPN. However, Netflix users saw Breakker’s blurred face, instead.

According to PWInsider, WWE made the call to blur Breakker’s face on the Netflix replay, and some camera angles during the live broadcast were replaced with alternate ones to hide Breakker. Also, “holy sh-t” chants after Rollins put Breakker through a table were replaced with “This is awesome” chants on the Netflix replay.

Alternate angles to hide Breakker’s face seemed to be used on WWE’s socials when showing a highlight of the match. However, there are unaltered pictures shown on WWE’s website.
