Hangman Page returns on Collision, vows to never challenge for the AEW World Championship

Hangman Adam Page returned to AEW programming on Saturday night to set his sights on the other championships he can fight for.

Page has been absent since his Texas Death Match loss to MJF at Revolution in March, resulting in Page being unable to challenge for the AEW World Championship ever again.

He appeared on Saturday’s live edition of Collision from Roanoke, Virginia, and noted that the stipulation is not written down in ink but that he’s a man of his word and vows never to challenge for the men’s world championship again after the loss to MJF.

Instead, he said he had alternative championships to fight for, naming the TNT Championship (Kevin Knight), National Championship (Mark Davis), Continental Championship (Jon Moxley), and the International title (Kyle Fletcher).

Page also mentioned dealing with cervical radiculopathy during his time away, which is otherwise known as a pinched nerve in the neck. It can lead to numbness and weakness due to the compression of the nerve roots.

Page ended his promo stating he didn’t know who Hangman Page was without the world championship but that he would find out.

Collision Course with Kate from Montreal & John Kleinchester will have a full review of the show tonight on the POST Wrestling Café
