Vince McMahon completed his one-year probation stemming from his July 2025 car crash case. The case was officially closed, according to PWInsider.

McMahon faced a reckless driving charge following a traffic accident involving three vehicles. Barbara Doran, 72, gave her account of the incident in a now-unavailable Facebook post. She had stated she was “lucky to have survived.”

Authorities released footage of the former WWE Chairman’s crash, and POST Wrestling obtained dashcam and body-worn camera recordings from the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection via a public records request.

McMahon was granted a pretrial probationary program on the condition that he make a $1,000 donation to charity and only drive while licensed and insured.

POST Wrestling contacted McMahon’s lawyer, Mark Sherman, about the case. He stated, “This was not probation however, this was a continuous state for a dismissal.” Sherman did not immediately respond to a follow-up question about the details of the probation or pretrial probationary program, nor about the $1,000 donation McMahon was required to make by the judge.

POST Wrestling also attempted to contact McMahon’s PR team, Edendale Strategies, but they did not respond to the inquiry.

McMahon’s case file in Connecticut court is sealed, but there was a hearing scheduled for Thursday at 9 a.m. ET, and the case was “Awaiting Disposition.”
