We now know that Becky Lynch will be in action as part of Monday night’s card on Netflix. The WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion is scheduled to face Maxxine Dupri, who will be hoping to pull off an upset win when she appears in her first Raw match since late 2024.
The matchup was made following a backstage segment last week where Lynch accepted a match against Dupri, despite initially getting challenged by Natalya. The upcoming booking is happening just a week after Nikki Bella had a heated in-ring encounter with Lynch, seemingly angling to be her next title challenger.
Pearce also revealed that CM Punk, who was on the losing end of a brawl against Seth Rollins and his crew last week, will open up the show on Monday night.
Two matches were previously confirmed for Monday’s episode.
In her first appearance since retaining at Summerslam, WWE Women’s World Champion Naomi will look to overcome IYO SKY in singles action. And riding the momentum of a win over U.S. champ Solo Sikoa from Friday night, Sami Zayn will take on Rusev.
Here’s how the show looks currently:
- Sami Zayn vs. Rusev
- Maxxine Dupri vs. Becky Lynch
- Naomi vs. IYO SKY (WWE Women’s World Championship)
- CM Punk to open the show
