Bringing the Extreme Back to Philly
Monday Night Raw from Philly kicked off with Seth Rollins and The Vision cutting an in-ring promo with Paul Heyman calling himself the GOAT of Philadelphia. Heyman then introduced each member, much as he had done a few weeks back. Before Rollins could speak, Jey Uso interrupted and cut a promo from the crowd. This led to Heyman listing a bunch of ECW legends and suggesting that the match between Jey Uso and Bron Breakker become an Extreme Rules match.

Asuka and Kairi Sane approached Iyo Sky backstage, who apologized for fighting with her the previous week. Sky said she appreciated them having her back, but she still needed to do this on her own.
During the first ad break, they re-aired the Bayley promo package from last week that ended with her yelling “ding dong” and laughing.

Iyo Sky vs. Raquel Rodriguez
The first match of the night was Iyo Sky taking on Judgment Day’s Raquel Rodriguez. As expected, Roxanne Perez interfered early on, and commentary noted that if Asuka and Sane were out there, they may have been able to help. Sky fought from underneath most of the match until she wriggled out of the Tahana Bomb to hit the Over the Moonsault for the pinfall victory. After the match, Perez and Rodriguez double-teamed Sky until Rhea Ripley appeared and helped Sky fight off the heels.

Later, Asuka expressed her anger that Rhea Ripley helped, but they weren’t allowed to. Sky then freaked out, started screaming, and stomped away. Asuka told Ripley to stay out of their business.
LA Knight’s backstage interview was swiftly interrupted by CM Punk, who wanted cohesion with him and Jey Uso in the lead-up to Clash in Paris. Knight turned him down and said that he would win the title in Paris.
Xavier Woods vs. Penta
Next up was the feud over a big hat with The New Day’s Xavier Woods taking on Penta. Woods was accompanied by Kofi Kingston and Grayson Waller, who was wearing “mourning” overalls. Kingston and Waller got involved in the match and twice were the victims of big dives from Penta to the outside. Penta picked up the win after hitting Woods with the Mexican Destroyer.

Footage from Triplemania aired with AJ Styles interfering and taking Dominik Mysterio out of the AAA Mega Championship match. Also shown was Dominik issuing a challenge against El Hijo Del Vikingo for Worlds Collide in September. Dom also ran into his father, Rey.
Mr. Iguana & Dragon Lee vs. Finn Balor & JD McDonagh
Next, the Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and JD McDonagh (with Dominik Mysterio in their corner) took on Dragon Lee and Mr. Iguana in his Monday Night Raw debut.

Iguana utilized his puppet La Yesca as an offensive weapon, and apparently, that was allowed under “international” rules. At one point, Dom grabbed Dragon Lee behind the referee’s back, allowing Balor to hit the Coup de Grace for the win.

After the match, Judgment Day started to beat down Dragon and Iguana when El Hijo del Vikingo appeared, attacking all three heels. Then, Dirty Dom hit Vikingo from behind with the Intercontinental Championship and left him lying after a frog splash from the top.

Backstage, Byron Saxton interviewed Becky Lynch, who stated that she hadn’t attacked Natalya; instead, Natalya had attacked her. Becky said that Natalya was going all around the world to different promotions, but she was back in the “big time” and she would end her tonight.
Bayley Unhinged: Part II
A follow-up promo package with Bayley aired, in which she literally talks to herself. The voice in her head was screaming for her to listen and offering a hug.

Intercontinental Championship
Next was Becky Lynch defending the Intercontinental Championship against Natalya. Early in the match, Becky Lynch threw Natalya into the ring post, and Natalya grabbed at her arm. She focused heavily on the arm, trying to use the Disarmher unsuccessfully. Becky took out Maxxine and Tozawa and almost got rolled up by Natalya in the process. She finally got the Disarmher applied, and Natalya tapped out. After the match, Becky used the Disarmer on Maxxine, only to have Nikki Bella appear and hit the Rack Attack 2.0 on Becky.

Jey Uso and CM Punk were in the back, and Jey turned down Punk’s offer to help him, much like LA Knight had earlier in the night.
Naomi’s Big Announcement
Adam Pearce introduced Women’s World Champion Naomi, who immediately started tearing up and threw to a video from Stephanie’s podcast, with Naomi and Jimmy announcing their pregnancy. Pearce congratulated Naomi and then went into heel mode, and she wasn’t relinquishing “shit” as she had in the past. Then she said, “The Bloodline continues,” and laid her title down right on the Slim Jim logo. She said she will be gone for nine months or so, and when she returns, she’ll be coming for whoever has her title.

Backstage, Dominik Mysterio was talking to El Grande Americano, and when questioned about it, Dom said that he was ensuring the Judgment Day always stayed on top.
Main Event
Raw’s main event was Main Event Jey Uso taking on The Vision’s Bron Breakker in an Extreme Rules match. All sorts of weapons were at ringside for this match, and early on, Jey clotheslined Breakker over the top rope, and he landed awkwardly on a shopping cart full of weapons. Both men attacked one another with the plunder, including Brakker dropping Uso ribs-first on two unfolded chairs.

Jey Uso had the match won with a Uso Splash when Bronson Reed pulled the referee out of the ring. Reed then started pummeling Uso when LA Knight came out to fight Reed off. Seth Rollins then appeared from the crowd, attacking Knight. Rollins hit Jey Uso with the Pedigree, and that was CM Punk’s cue to join the fray. Rollins pushed Punk into Knight, who flew off the ring apron and through a table.

Bron Breakker set up for the run-around-the-ring spear when Roman Reigns appeared from out of nowhere, hitting Breakker with a spear of his own. Jey Uso then hit the Uso Splash through the table for the win. Reigns and Reed yelled at each other as the show went off the air.
