It’s unclear when we’re going to see Stephanie Vaquer again.
The Chilean talent was scheduled to compete on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, battling Becky Lynch in a #1 contenders match. But, just after Raw went live, General Manager Adam Pearce announced that Vaquer wasn’t cleared to compete.
Since that development, follow-up reports have given some extra details regarding what’s happening with Vaquer.
PWInsider noted that Vaquer’s absence this week was reportedly illness-related.
In a follow up report, False Finish wrote recently that Vaquer’s status is “out indefinitely.”
Vaquer has spent a large portion of 2026 out of the ring. After dropping the WWE Women’s World Championship to Liv Morgan at Wrestlemania in April, Vaquer didn’t wrestle for months due to injury.
“La Primera” returned by August, but only worked for a couple of months before an injury put her back on the shelf. Her appearance on Monday was scheduled to be a return of sorts, competing after being off for a little over a week, not being medically cleared to compete at the time.
