Ridge Holland suffers Lisfranc injury, will undergo surgery

Ridge Holland is set to undergo surgery later this week after suffering an injury at the TNA tapings.

Holland, 37, was unable to finish his match with Moose on Saturday’s tapings in Edmonton, Alberta. The referee called for a stoppage, and Holland was helped backstage.

On Monday, Holland stated it was a Lisfranc injury affecting the middle portion of the foot. He adds that he will undergo surgery on Friday.

Holland had not appeared on NXT programming since May and was limited to live events and Evolve shows over the summer. He appeared on the September 18 episode of Impact Wrestling, setting up a match with Mike Santana at Victory Road this past Friday.

The former Rugby players transitioned to pro wrestling in 2016 and signed with WWE two years later. In 2021, he was called to the main roster and formed The Brawling Brutes with Sheamus and Pete Dunne, but returned to NXT by late 2023.
