Five segments have been confirmed for this weekend’s episode of AEW Collision, including an appearance from AEW World Champion Hangman Adam Page.
The show, which is being taped this evening at the Boeing Center in San Antonio, Texas, will see Page make his first in-ring appearance since he overcame Samoa Joe at WrestleDream last weekend. In backstage comments this week, Page promised to ruin Joe’s career due to his post-match attack on Saturday, something he’ll likely discuss further on Collision.
The Young Bucks, who have just a few dollars to their name, will try to take home $400,000 when they face JetSpeed and The Jurassic Express in an eight-man tag bout. The only catch? They have to co-exist with FTR, rivals they have a long history with.
After trading blows inside the ring on Wednesday, The Conglomeration’s Tomohiro Ishii will face off against PAC this weekend. Ishii will be trying to follow up on his faction’s recent momentum against the Death Riders, scoring a pair of wins against the group on Dynamite.
A backstage confrontation between Thekla and Mina Shirakawa also set up a bout for Collision. The appearance comes ahead of Shirakawa’s appearance in the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship tournament, where she’ll work alongside Toni Storm starting next week.
