AEW’s Death Riders faction is heading to Mexico later this month in hopes of capturing trios gold.
Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta, and Daniel Garcia have been booked for CMLL’s March 20 Arena Mexico card, where they will challenge CMLL World Trios Champions El Sky Team (Mascara Dorada, Mistico and Neon).
The match will be a return to Mexico for Moxley, who hasn’t wrestled in the country since AEW visited for Dynamite back in June 2025. Yuta and Garcia have visited CMLL more recently, working a pair of dates for them back in November.
A win for the Death Riders would only add to the gold they currently possess, including some in Mexico. Along with Moxley’s AEW Continental Championship, Claudio Castagnoli currently holds CMLL’s World Heavyweight Championship, which he’s expected to defend tomorrow against Ultimo Guerrero.
