CM Punk got into a fierce altercation with a fan on early Monday morning, per a video recently obtained by TMZ.
The short clip shows Punk approaching a fan, who was recording from just a few feet away, as WWE wrestler Bayley hugged AJ Lee. Punk swats the phone out of the fan’s hands, then is heard saying something right after.

Others quickly get between Punk and the fan, trying to prevent anything further from happening. The fan said he was sorry after, and Punk is heard replying: “No, you’re not.”
TMZ reported that the interaction occurred inside the lobby of the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, the site of this year’s WrestleMania.
Little other information is known about the incident, which involved Punk just hours after he performed in the main event of WrestleMania 42 Night 2 against Roman Reigns.
Much has been made over the past few days about fans encroaching on wrestlers’ privacy during the industry’s busiest weekend of the year. A clip surfaced earlier in the week of WrestleMania 42 Night 1 headliner Randy Orton getting swarmed by fans inside the MGM Grand.
It seems the clip involving Punk could be another case of fans getting too close to WWE talent while they are off the clock.
